Meet The Team

Kevin owns and operates MRED VETS LLC. He also holds a position as a Research Analyst on the multifamily investment sales team at Northmarq.
In 2025, he completed the Master's of Real Estate Development (MRED) at ASU—W. P. Carey School of Business. His team won 1st place at REIAC’s 12th Annual Group Challenge. After graduation he was selected to serve on the MRED Alumni Board.
From 2017 to 2023, he served active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Supply Officer. Serving two overseas deployments, he led teams of Sailors on various operations in the Arabian Gulf, the Baltic Sea, and 23 countries across the globe. Tested under pressure, he forged a foundation of grit, character and leadership that shapes who he is today.
In 2019, his unit embarked on a humanitarian aid and disaster relief mission to rebuild communities devastated by Hurricane Dorian. Witnessing widespread homelessness due to natural disaster heightened his awareness of the impact that the built environment has on our daily lives. Being in a position to help had a profound impact on him, forming a desire to uphold the concept of community, by serving others who endure major life setbacks. This humanitarian experience combined with a craftsmanship ethic instilled by his father, grew into a passion prompting him to pursue a career in real estate development after the Navy.
His long-term career goal is to implement a vision of developing communities through innovative real estate development and strategic entrepreneurship. He is motivated to apply leadership principles gained in the Navy to building places that inspire people to connect and thrive.
When he's not working, you can catch him training for his next Ironman 70.3 triathlon, paddle boarding the Salt River, sailing the San Diego bay, hiking national parks, or woodworking with his dad in the workshop they built together in his backyard.

From the front lines to the front end of development — Brandon Reyher’s journey into real estate began in the U.S. Army, where he served as a Combat Engineer right out of high school. That experience introduced him to construction and ignited a lifelong passion for building and problem-solving.
After his military service, Brandon transitioned into project management, overseeing residential remodels and eventually flipping eight luxury homes across the Valley while earning his Bachelor’s in Business Communications from Arizona State University.
Driven to strengthen his business acumen, he went on to earn an MBA from ASU, then completed the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program — fully utilizing his GI Bill to deepen his expertise in finance, design, and urban development.
Today, Brandon serves as an Project Manager at Rosie Right Design Build Remodel, where he combines his operational discipline, creative vision, and leadership skills to help bring forward-thinking real estate projects to life.
We’re proud to celebrate Brandon as a consultant on our projects at MRED Vets LLC.
